Preperation

When preparing a vehicle to be detailed, ensuring that the exterior surfaces are fully decontaminated is essential.

Which is why we carry out a 10 step decontamination wash prior to the vehicle entering our detailing studio.

This phase is extremely important and thorough, it includes but is not limited to iron fallout removal, tar removal and all the intricate areas being cleansed. 

Paint correction

Following the exterior decontamination phase, we are able to analyse the starting condition of the vehicles bodywork & paint.

Using both specialist lighting and paint depth gauges we provide a video and digital report to our clients before we begin paint correction and detailing work.

During Minor Paint Correction we will then polish and enhance the vehicles paint, removing light scratches, swirl marks and minor defects, resulting in 60 – 70%  defect removal.

We would recommend Minor Paint Correction for vehicles which either have under 500 miles of use or vehicles that have been professionally and meticulously maintained from new.

Protection

Now that your vehicles paint work is looking fantastic, it needs to be preserved and protected.

As part of the minor paint correction service, we apply a 12 month sealant or wax to the paint. The sealant or wax will offer basic protection against the elements and add extra gloss to the paint.

For an additional fee a Ceramic coating can be optioned instead. Ceramic coatings offer extra protection over sealants and waxes and the durability and gloss levels are far greater.
